Download Keyboard Backing Tracks
Here at Backing Tracks for Bands you can download keyboard backing tracks from you favourite artists to help your live band increase the quality of your show. Our tracks are professionally made with a left side click for the drummer, and all of the music on the right hand channel. From time to time you’ll find that our tracks have vocal cues on the left side as well. I have a tendency to put vocal cues on most of the tracks I dmake these days but some of the older ones do not have them. You can get these tracks by clicking on Downloadable Backing Tracks and browsing through our tracks alphabetically.
I have played in many bands over the years and have found that for the greater part, it’s just not feasible to hire a full time keyboard player as most of the songs we were doing didn’t have a keyboard part in them. There were many times in the past that I had overlooked doing certain songs
because the keyboard part was so important that the song would simply not be right without it. Enter the era of my using backing tracks. I was so impressed with them since the first time I’ve used them that I continue to use them to some extent in every band and with almost every musician I play with to this day. I even include backing tracks in my original material. That way I can do the songs live the way they’re produced on an album or demo.

When I started using backing tracks they simply weren’t that available online. At least if they were I didn’t know where to look and I’ve spent a ton of cash getting tracks made by professional musicians over the years. That’s why I started this site, so that musicians and band members like you can download keyboard backing tracks easily and for only a small fraction of the cost that it can cost to get tracks made up.
Our tracks here are professional backing tracks. I haven’t used them all but I’ve certainly used many of them on stage and have pleased many crowds in doing so. There’s certain songs you can’t do without keyboards and if you don’t have a keyboardist, you’re only recourse is to use backing tracks. If they’re hits then you’ll be glad to have them in your set list. I’m talking about songs like ‘Thriller’ or ‘Don’t Stop Believing’, songs that get the audience dancing.
The tracks we make here at Backing Tracks for Bands are tracks that contain keyboard parts or horn part etc, but none of the standard live band instruments. We do include the occasional backing vocal on some of our tracks, only because I’ve personally used the track live and felt the need for backing vocals. Other than that, our tracks contain no electric guitar or drums or the standard live band instruments.
